Vehicle Condition Report
Prior to accepting your vehicle for transport, our Autotrans Driver or Customer Service Officer will complete a Transport Contract and Vehicle Condition Report detailing the condition of your vehicle. You are required to sign the contract acknowledging that you have read and agree to the Autotrans Service Conditions for transport and also the condition of your vehicle. You will then be provided with the white (original copy) of this document.
Please keep this in a safe place until your vehicle is delivered or alternatively forward it to the person who will be receiving your vehicle on your behalf.
When your vehicle arrives at the destination the driver or Autotrans Customer Service Officer will have a copy of the original Transport Contract and Vehicle Condition Report that was completed when the vehicle was originally collected. You or your agent will be required to provide identification and sign for the receipt and condition of your vehicle prior to hand over by Autotrans Express.
The Vehicle Condition Report is an assessment of the condition of your vehicle. It is not an assessment of mechanical function and Autotrans Express will not be liable for mechanical failures - refer to our Standard Autotrans Service Conditions.
