Transport and Vehicle Condition Report

The Transport Contract and Vehicle Condition Report is a very important document because we agree to the condition of your vehicle before it is transported.  The agreement is a simple two-part process:

Part 1:  Prior to accepting the vehicle, the Toll Auto Driver or Customer Relations Consultant will complete this Transport Contract and Vehicle Condition Report detailing the condition of your vehicle.  You sign the document acknowledging your agreement with our Vehicle Service Conditions for transport, the condition of your vehicle as marked on the documentation and that your vehicle contains no unsecured items or personal effects.  The pink copy of this document is provided to you for safe keeping, or for you to provide to your agent who will be receiving the vehicle on your behalf.

Part 2:  When the vehicle arrives at the destination the Toll Auto Driver or Customer Relations Consultant will have a copy of the original Transport Contract and Vehicle Condition Report that was completed when the vehicle was uplifted. The recipient of the vehicle will be required to provide identification and sign for the vehicle and the condition of the vehicle prior to hand over.
