LOOSE ITEMS - all personal and loose items
within and on the trailer / camper trailer must be removed,
eg . annexes, covers, plates, radios, TV etc. Large
aerials should be folded back / retracted or removed
if possible.
KEYS - to the trailer / camper trailer are
to be provided when the van is made available for collection
to ensure that the van is adequately surveyed both prior
to transportation and for any quarantine / regulatory
inspection during transit.
IMPORTANT - All trailers are transported subject
to sighting and you will note on your Transport Contact
and Vehicle Condition Report that Autotrans does not
accept any liability for:
- any loss or damage to trailer fittings or equipment
failure caused by; but not limited to:
- rust or metal fatigue, floor wood rot, insect infestation,
wear or poor maintenance, loss of, or damage to, equipment
left in the or trailer / camper trailer.
Checklist
I have removed all personal and loose items from the
trailer, including all compartments.
I have checked for metal fatigue rust and any
support weakness.
External fittings and hatches have been
properly secured.
I have advised Autotrans of any modifications to my
trailer.
I have provided Autotrans with my trailers dimensions.
