To streamline your vehicle movement we list a few helpful hints and provide a checklist below:
ALARM - with all the systems available today it is impossible for Autotrans to be well versed in all alarm systems. Your alarm should be disabled, and any key or remote for the alarm system must be provided for travel with the vehicle and you will need to provide us with all instructions.
FUEL TANK - The fuel level in your car should be as close as possible to 1/4 of a tank. (This saves quite a bit of weight, which the environment will appreciate.)
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - If your vehicle has any special operational instructions please advise us at time of booking.

Car - non-driveable
Before we can transport your Non-drivable vehicle please refer to the helpful hints and checklist below :
Items for extra consideration when transporting your non-driveable car are:
SAFETY
Working brakes including hand brake;
All glass intact;
Four wheels capable of being rolled during loading and unloading;
Steering, and keys are to be provided to prevent steering lock during transportation.
An additional handling fee may apply to non-drivable vehicles and Autotrans Extra Warranty will not apply.
